I find the hard part for ...You're doing great!<br /><br />I find the hard part for me is water intake. I honestly feel like a 5 year old trying to eat veggies, I have to choke it down. <br /><br />But! what works for me is green tea. I use a mug that holds 2 glasses, and i make naturally decaf green tea, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a little splash of milk for color, and I can drink 4 of those a day, easily!<br /><br />I had to change my entire eating habbit. I had to eat my "big meal" at lunch time, to help with over eating at night..my big meal isn't that big either haha. I am in the same boat... Or I was...You can do this! I am in the same boat... Or I was. I was trying and getting nowhere. Not back to my start weight, but not losing anything more. Until this week, I was almost ready to give up! I stopped thinking about it, and almost forgot to weigh this morning - but AMAZINGLY this week I lost something again.
